Use of the website implies full acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.

3. Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary and are used entirely to fund the activities and projects of DI MI PA BÔS, and may be allocated to any area of intervention according to the operational needs of the organisation, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of donation.

A donation is considered complete when the transaction is confirmed by the payment service provider. As donations are gratuitous and without consideration, they are, as a rule, final and non-refundable.

5. Payment processing

Donations are processed by a third-party payment service provider, to be announced in due course on this page. DI MI PA BÔS does not collect or store card data or other sensitive payment data, that responsibility being entirely assumed by the provider, in accordance with the standards applicable to the payments industry.

6. Proofs and receipts

After each completed donation, the donor will receive an electronic proof issued by the payment service provider. Additional receipts may be requested on demand at donativos@ongdimipabos.org, providing the data needed for their issuance.

DI MI PA BÔS does not currently issue statements eligible for tax deduction in Portugal or other jurisdictions. The tax eligibility of a donation is the donor's responsibility and must be assessed in light of the legislation applicable in their country of residence.
